helpful staff clear instructions luggage storage
The staff was very helpful, especially with directions. The manager provided clear instructions for accessing the hotel after hours. I could leave my luggage after checking out because my flight was late. this WAS convenient.
The room lacked a fridge, inconvenient for storing drinks.

kind owner working air conditioning great location
the owner is very kind and helpful. he always responded when i called him. my room had working air conditioning. the location is great (a short walk to the beach).
The hotel closed during the night. This was not written in the description, but i could use the emergency exit.

The staff helped me with directions. I appreciated that. the location is close to the beach. I could walk there easily. the bus stop is also very near. That was very useful. i found the friendly staff very accommodating.
